I have this weird obsession with the new female artist thing happening right now. Ryan thinks it's a feminist movement, but I think it's a bunch of awesome talent. Much better than the Britney era. I have Feist, Sara Bareilles, Ingrid Michaelson, Regina Spektor...loving them all!

Good point - lots of female artists out there that are wonderful.
i heard her do an interview on NPR. Did you know that Old Navy found her on Myspace and made her big by doing a commercial? I didn't. Pretty cool.
